    • Policy Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, process policy changes, and assist with policy renewals as needed.
    • Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support to ensure timely resolution of claims.
    • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to generate leads and referrals for new business.
    • Compliance: Stay current with insurance regulations and industry trends, ensuring all transactions comply with state and federal laws.

    Qualifications:
    • Property and Casualty License: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license in WA and/or ID
    • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help clients.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
    • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing industry trends and company procedures.
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office applications.

    Full Time: 90% Remote once trained.
    Must be able to meet at the office a couple times a month. (Office located in Spokane Valley, WA)
    Starting pay $2K-$3K a month for 3 months then commission based.
