Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Answers phone calls and takes detailed messages
· Responds to emails.
· Clerical duties (file, accounts payable, manage office supplies)
· Collect rent and prepare deposits
· Prepare and post notices.
· Oversee the application process and prepare leases.
· Inspect and Show apartments to potential clients.
· Accept rent and prepare deposits
· Perform apartment inspections
· Marketing (update website and keep info/brochures supplied)
Knowledge/Requirements
