Louisiana Farm Bureau, located at 7000 Commerce Circle, Baton Rouge, LA, is currently seeking an Underwriting Analyst I to join our Underwriting Team. Our new office facility is located near the Town Center shopping area off of Corporate Boulevard. The Underwriting Analyst will assist with the following duties:

• order and mail letters, order reports, review photos, evaluate cost new, distribute email and phone calls, pick up mail, audit documents, assign work to Account Underwriters, assist with special projects; communicate with agents and other employees; verify pictures for property reinspection program.
• Order MVR's CBR's, and CLUE reports for Underwriter purposes.
• Match dictated letters/memos with files in dictation trays.
• Review diary prior to referring to Underwriters for reordering of CBR's and/or MVR's.
• Work diary daily.
• Maintain adequate work flow. Include collecting, separation and distribution of work as needed to/from Underwriters and to/from Underwriting Department and other departments.
• Answer telephone, pull files for Underwriters and perform other duties as requested by Underwriter.
• Perform special assignments for Regional Underwriting Manager and Underwriters as requested.
