Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Full Time Property and Casualty Insurance Team Member who understands the value of relationship with our clients. You will be the main point of contact with our insureds as they communicate their insurance needs. After becoming familiar with our carriers and systems, this position will evolve to include analyzing policy activity such as new business, endorsements, audits and renewals.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Utilize technology and systems to maximize workflow efficiency

- Provide customer service to clients such as:

• Process policy changes
• Submit payments on behalf of the insured
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards
• Submit Claims

- Analyze policy activity

• Data entry- update management system with client and policy information
• Analyze policy documents to ensure they were processed as requested
• Ensure that policy renewals were offered
• Correspond and follow up with Insurance Carriers
• Correspond with clients concerning policy activity

-Provide support to Insurance Producers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 3- 6 months
• 2 Years of Office/Customer Service/Data Entry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster team environment
• Capacity to interact with Commercial, Residential and Agricultural Clientele

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
