Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees all aspects of the quality management function for a hospital or other healthcare facility. Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization's facilities and patient care services. Being a Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Responsible for planning and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Additionally, Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare requires a MD from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. Typically requires extensive clinical experience. Typically reports to a top management. The Top Quality Management Executive - Healthcare manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the healthcare industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare providers.
    • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and generate sales reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of RCM solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
    • Represent Advantum Health RCM at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, changes, and best practices related to healthcare revenue cycle management.
    • Account for internal control responsibilities in line with the organization’s objectives
    • Ability to handle Protected Health Information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration ,Healthcare Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes and workflows.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
    • Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance.
    • Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, and up-selling existing clients
    • Experience selling into the provider market and hospital physician market such as: Hospital-based provider groups and large independent group practices.
    • Experience selling at the C-Suite level, VP, Practice Manager

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    • Working knowledge of healthcare information systems
    • Positive Attitude
    • The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish Sales goals

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% -80% of the time
    • Preference for candidates based out of the Louisville, KY area.
