Responsibilities
· Manages the overall Reception functions in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
· Greet all customers/vendors/residents/family members/staff/doctors, etc. with respect and professionalism.
· Answering phones, transfer calls/ take messages as appropriate per each department head preference.
· receiving/opening/sorting mail, collecting payments to include writing receipts.
· assist with mail outs/statements.
· assist with filing as directed.
· Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
· Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
