An outstanding hospital in Central Colorado is in search of a new Hospital Quality Director. 

This hospital has earned numerous awards for units throughout their facility. In addition, this 100 bed hospital is accredited in many areas, but notably has a glowing record in their Quality Department. This well respected hospital is state of the art and has earned multiple awards for collaboration efforts and quality and patient care. The Hospital Quality Director will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the state. 

The Hospital Quality Director will report directly to the COO. Supported by a partnering Director, manager and a quality assurance team of employees, this person will lead a fantastic hospital in their quality improvement and initiatives. 

The Hospital Quality Director will be in charge of developing and implementing departmental goals and standards that align with the clinical objectives, goals and values of the hospital. This requires evaluating departmental operations, including patient care and complaint management, to achieve the quality control goals. In addition, the Hospital Quality Director identifies trends, prioritizes and recommends changes to improve risk areas. Most importantly, the Hospital Quality Director will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes safe, outstanding care, and encouraging growth throughout the hospital.
