Luxury Real Estate Company and TV Host seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to Owner to work the office Monday-Friday from 10AM - 2PM at minimum. A trainable and skilled employee will quickly see this role grow into a full-time lucrative position.
Seeking someone with experience in at least 3 of the following areas:

- Accounting

Job Duties Include:
- Answering Phones, Walk-Ins
- File management, transaction coordination
- Marketing, Advertising
- Scheduling trainings, meetings, learning new systems and importing data into them
- Keeping files and office organized
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Dealing with local vendors, contractors
- Emails, Scheduling, Organized Communcation
- Keeping everything in organized!
- Must be able to drive to run errands on a daily basis (bank deposits, pick up items needed, etc)
We need someone who is a quick learner, very attentive to detial, fast-paced, but also FUN and RELIABLE!
This opportunity is perfect for someone with acounting, real estate, and/or management experience. Leasing and real estate experience preferred, but not required. If interested, employer will assist you in getting your real estate license and may have additional real estate opportunities available for you for lucrative additional income.
Ideal candidate must be very experienced with using a computer, emails, social media, and common computer platforms such as Microsoft office.
