Top Recruiting Executive develops and administers strategic initiatives, policies and processes to that proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline and fill open positions. Aligns talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and current and future workforce needs. Being a Top Recruiting Executive assesses external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Top Recruiting Executive serves as advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition and recruiting activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Recruiting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Recruiting Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Large Ag Retailer is seeking a retail agronomy salesperson. This position will be responsible for the overall sales and service of crop production inputs to area farmers.
Responsibilities include seed, fertilizer, chemical, precision Ag sales and regulatory compliance. This position requires a results-oriented self starter.
The successful candidate will have sales experience in the retail agronomy industry with excellent agronomy skills. This company sells and services a full complement of agronomic products and services to farmers in a 30-mile territory.
Products include fertilizer, crop protection, seed, Ag consulting, precision Ag services, and custom application. Minimum 1-3 years of agronomy sales experience.
Farm background a plus. Bachelors or Associates Degree desirable.The company is a recognized leader in the field offering a number of innovative products that are truly differentiated in the market.
