You Are:

Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Develops processes and roadmaps that define SAP S/4 HANA Custom Development strategy in a Hybrid landscape using latest SAP BTP Development Stack
• Application Development using SAP BTP Development Tools and Services including BTP Low Code and Pro Code Development Tools, SAP Build Apps, FIORI and Mobile Services
• Drive SAP custom Development and Enhancement Strategy including collaboration with the various Technology teams like Business, Cloud Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture etc.
• Support Business Requirements translation to RICEFW helping to rationalize, estimate and deliver with latest SAP technology application development stack.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in all aspects of SAP custom developments and promote best practices in these areas.
• Act as trusted advisor to Application technology leads client stake holders on all matters of custom design, development, execution, and support.
• Manages, mentors, and encourages the team working within SAP Development
• Build strong, trusting relationships with your project and client leads and team members and become a go to person on SAP Custom Development related matters.
• Keep yourself updated with the latest and emerging technologies in the SAP Technical Development area and deliver optimal values and solution for our client
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in developing SAP applications using ABAP, with at least 3 years experience using SAP S/4 HANA NetWeaver ABAP 7.4/7.5
• Minimum 2 years SAP application and development experience using SAP BTP Tools and services, with latest BTP Application Development and Automation Stack Tools and Services including Microservice based development architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Data Modelling using Custom CDS view, AMDP, OData or related custom developments
• Minimum of 1 year experience with design, development and maintenance of all SAP Custom Development using FIORI First, Clean Core and BTP Side by Side development approach
• Strong knowledge on FIORI In App Extensibility, Extending standard FIORI Apps and Building Custom FIORI Apps, experience with ABAP Restful Application Programming (RAP) model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points if:

• You have SAP S/4HANA BTP Integration Suite Experience
• You have experience with custom development using SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model
• You have experience with Fiori/UI5 Frontend development using Java/NodeJS etc.
• You have experience with DevOps for SAP Analytics Development using SAP Analytics Cloud / Embedded Analytics
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teammates (onshore/offshore), project and client stakeholders
• You've earned SAP S/4HANA / BTP Certifications.

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a way array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

California: $78,500 to $192,600

Colorado: $78,500 to $166,400

New York City: $90,900 to $192,600

New York - Albany: $67,600 to $154,100

Washington: $83,600 to $177,200
