Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Patrol Officer to join our team. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of individuals on the premises

- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or security breaches

- Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

- Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or accidents, and provide first aid or CPR if necessary

- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or any other relevant information

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist in investigations

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns from employees, visitors, or clients

- Conduct thorough inspections of access points, ensuring that they are secure and functioning properly

- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to company property

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in law enforcement or security-related fields are a plus

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in law enforcement or military

- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques

- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Proficient in first aid and CPR procedures

- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
