Job Description

The Operations Manager - Greenville - Top 300 ENR GC will be responsible for:

• The role involves managing the day-to-day operations, providing leadership, and ensuring continuous improvement in processes and service delivery and maintaining the company values
  
• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all organizational aspects
• Play a crucial role in the company's strategic planning and execution
• Propel the growth of the residential re-roofing side, ensuring the achievement of set targets
• Work closely with the CEO to align the company's operations with overarching goals

The Successful Applicant

The Operations Manager - Greenville - Top 300 ENR GC should have:

• 3-5 Years in a Leadership Role - PX, Ops Manager, Director - with a General Contractor
• Experience Leading an Operations Team, with ability to communicate and effectively connect with others
• BS in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• Applicable software knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
