Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 (Based on Experience)

Located in Wallingford, CT, our commercial real estate office offers a stimulating work environment and excellent benefits package.

Required Experience:

· Proficiency in handling commercial and residential real estate leases

· Experience in property management

· Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop

· Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable

· Understanding of construction accounting and AIA documents

· Ability to handle deposit receivable checks/income and post into QB Desktop

· Experience maintaining insurance claims

· Strong customer service skills to address tenant concerns professionally

· Willingness to perform other assigned duties as needed
