Requirements:
- Current P&C license
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Insurance
- Proven record of Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their customer service needs are met
- Day to day policy maintenance and changes for existing Titan customers
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide appropriate solutions
- Assist clients with basic payment, claims, and document processing
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in Commercial Insurance or Underwriting is preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software applications, including MS Office Suite
