Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. No automotive sales experience is needed, but sales experience in other industries is a plus. Selling cars is a great, lucrative career and there is nothing to fear.     Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

    • Learn about vehicle inventory features, etc.
    • Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
    • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation on test drive
    • Present pricing and explain financing options
    • Maintain good customer relationships for repeat/referral business
    • Respond to sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
    • Work with Sales Managers to ensure sales goals are met

    Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:

    • Some Sales experience is preferred. We welcome applicants from industries such as Travel, Hospitality, Restaurants, Cell Phone Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, etc.
    • A positive 'Can Do' attitude and motivation to succeed
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and follow up skills
    • Valid in-state driver's license and good driving record
    • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
    • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
