Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. About the Job
If you come join us as a Sales Inspector, you can expect to:
- Build Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
- Grow our Business (sell) Control Expenses (make a profit)
- Capitalize on the 3-6 company provided opportunities/leads that are provided each day
- Inspect our Customer's homes to determine services needed
- Prepare & present proposals to existing and new Customers
- Telephone prospecting and appointment setting
- Complete accurately & timely all Sales related paperwork
The position is full time with standard hours of Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Availability to work Saturday appointments are required twice a month with an alternate day off during the week.

Who We Need
You will do well in the Sales Inspector role with us if you have:
- A Proven account management or other related experience
- Prior Outside sales experience
- A high School or Equivalent (GED) Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- No problem submitting to a background check
- Availability to work some Saturday appointments
- The ability to converse well with customers in English both verbally and in writing with a high-level of proficiency
- The legal right to work in the US without sponsorship
