Leads the development and implementation of internal controls, best practices and strategies to identify process deficiencies and implement improvements. Ensures that all required regulatory reporting meets content and scheduling requirements. Additionally, Top Sarbanes Oxley Executive incorporates document reviews, protocol reviews, validation reviews, and training programs as part of auditing processes. Maintains an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge base of the financial regulations, required processes, and industry/regulatory agency standards that govern a business or a product. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sarbanes Oxley Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. We currently have a Taco man/woman dept, Bartender dept, Server dept, Captain dept, Rental dept, and soon to have a valet dept. Right now we are in need of servers for a specific event for the YMCA. We do gigs all across the So Cal area and do all types of events. We do corporate, weddings, birthdays, small and large get togethers of any kind really. Our company is a lot of fun laid back and like a small family. Everyone here loves it and usually sticks around.
May 2nd we do a large event for the YMCA and their associates. There will be a 5 course meal lots of speeches at a beautiful venue. You will need to be able to serve food, wine, and pre bus. The event is alot of fun and we do it once a year and we would love to have you on this event if you are RELIABLE! Please do not apply if for any reason you can not make the May 2nd event.
