Position Summary
The Top Treatment Assembly is responsible for manufacturing quality cornices from raw goods to finished product based on customer orders.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Read tickets to confirm cornice sizing.
-
Cut lumber using electric saw and assemble cornices per customer sizing on tickets.

Paint or upholster cornices depending on ticket information.

Assemble cornices with a pneumatic staple gun

Drill pocket holes with machine
-
Paint using a High Velocity Low Pressure paint sprayer or with rollers
-
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., read a tape measure, use hand/power tools, and stand for long periods of time

Inspect finished cornices for quality assurance.

Bag and pack completed cornices per order.

Assist in production where needed.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Great attention to detail.
• Some experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to measure and do basic math.
• Able to lift 10-40lbs.
• Comfortable using power tools. -
