Location: Fort Myers, FL – On-site (Full-Time Float)
Radiology Regional is one of the largest physician-driven diagnostic imaging providers with 13 imaging centers in Southwest Florida. Job Summary:
Handles Radiology Regional’s multi-line telephone system and answers all incoming calls in a timely manner. The operator must handle and direct incoming calls, route these incoming calls to the correct individual or department within the business, or send to a message system, such as a voicemail, if required. Telecommunications Operator also handles basic questions about imaging centers, including types of exams offered, hours of operation and directions.
