GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Assists the Administrator and Directors in all assigned duties. Prepares correspondence, reports and takes minutes for various committee meetings. Insures that all records, files, correspondence, and proposals are maintained for the Administrator and has access to sensitive information. Maintains the highest professional standards and practices.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Answers all incoming telephone calls for the Administrator
• Coordinates events and meetings for various administrative functions. Provides atmosphere of hospitality at these events.

• Performs all typing for the Administrator and for the Directors as needed. Prepares contracts and other legal documents for St. Mary’s.

• Attends and records minutes for St. Mary’s Executive Boards and committee meetings (Board of Directors, Finance, Safety, Human Rights, Retirement and Managers meetings)

• Establishes and maintains files for the administrative office, the Administrator, and the Directors as needed.

• . Responsible for correspondence involving the Board of Directors, Finance, Retirement and Human Rights Committees

• Performs all other duties as required by the Administrator or Directors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Executive administrative support: 2 years (Preferred)
• clerical: 3 years (Preferred)
