Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.     As a Workday Training Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

    • Lead or support the Training workstream on a Workday implementation project.?
    • Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.??
    • Researching and resolving day to day Workday Training issues?
    • Work with client to support the new requirements for Training in Workday?
    • Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes?
    • Provide support for regular and special Training processes in Workday?
    • Provide support for Training activities like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday?
    • Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday?
    • Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday?
    • Manage small on and?off-shore?functional teams?
    • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements?
    • Architect Workday Training solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated?
    • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.?
    • Demonstrate design options?through the use of?prototyping.?
    • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture??methodologies.?
    • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.?
    • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives?
    • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets??

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here's what you need:

    • Workday Partner Certification
    • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
    • Minimum of 3 years of Change or Training Management experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.


    Bonus points if you have:

    • 4 years of Change Management and Training experience
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes?
    • Experience in Education & Government implementations

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

    California $73,000 to $192,600

    Colorado $73,000 to $166,400

    New York - Albany $67,600 to $154,100

    New York City $84,500 to $192,600

    Washington $77,700 to $177,200
