Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. The position requires a person eighteen (18) years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires the ability to work cooperatively with co-workers, providers, families, organizations, related agencies in the community. The position further requires the ability to assist and train individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disability’s with daily living skills, socialization, meal preparation ,independent living skills and money management in an effort to meet the individuals needs and wants to increase his/her independent functioning skills level. The employee must be able to communicate with individual (s) in a manner that allows the individual (s) to maintain his/her independent life goals. It also requires the employee to be proficient in basic first aid and CPR, individual rights and responsibilities, and behavioral patterns and problems of individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disability’s. The applicant must be able to work a flexible work schedule. The applicant must be able to perform his/her duties with general supervision. The applicant must also possess written communication skills to complete required documentation. The applicant MUST have a valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
