**Key Responsibilities:**
**Member Experience Success:**
- Oversee Systems and Client Success Session to maintain monthly retention at around 95%.
- Provide unique and personalized touches to ensure consistent care for our members.
- Uphold high standards of training and coaching for our EP Strong product.
- Drive referrals and reviews, aiming for 2 each per month.
**Lead Nurture & Conversions:**
- Manage the EP Leads Google Sheet & Scorecard.
- Accurately track leads and processes to maximize conversions.
- Oversee conversion processes for specialty events, demos, bring a friend, charity, seminars, etc.
**Starting Point Session & Sales Process:**
- Conduct a majority of Starting Point Consultations.
- Follow the Trial Checklist System throughout the trial duration.
- Maintain documentation of the sales system.
**Ongoing Member Communication:**
- Direct all communication with members.
- Execute Software onboarding tasks and check-ins with new clients.
- Ensure timely Email, Phone, and Text Response/Customer Support (within 4 hours).
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and wellness living processes including billing, contracts, holds, and cancellations.
**Overall Cleanliness & Appearance of Facility:**
- Keep the facility pristine, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain equipment and facility in good working condition and order.
- Oversee restocking and inventory processes.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive member engagement and satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and facility appearance.
