Additionally, this position represents clients in probate court proceedings and ensure strict adherence to relevant laws.
This role plays a pivotal part in helping clients secure their financial legacies while navigating the complexities of legal matters during challenging times.
This position requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, Michigan state bar admission, and expertise in state-specific probate and estate laws.
