Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Simulation Trainer with a background in firefighting, safety management, or training instruction. As a Simulation Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering immersive and effective training programs using our state-of-the-art simulation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on simulation training sessions both onsite and offsite.
• Drive a 50 ft. simulation trailer to various locations for training sessions, ensuring safe transportation and setup of equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to customize training programs to meet their specific needs and objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during training sessions to ensure smooth operation of simulation equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating simulation equipment and traveling.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a firefighter, safety manager, or training instructor preferred.
• Ability to drive and maneuver a 50 ft. simulation trailer safely and confidently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes on short notice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and instruct diverse groups of participants.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a structured and rules-based training environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
