    About the Role:

    Under the direct supervision of an executive or department leader, this position provides administrative support for the executive and the department.

    • Word processing, filing, and scheduling
    • Perform moderately complex analysis
    • Author executive summaries
    • Coordinate meetings and conferences
    • Obtain supplies
    • Coordinate direct mailings
    • Answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information
    • Deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization
    • Plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
    • Recommend changes in office practices or procedures
    • Other responsibilities as assigned
    • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
    • Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position
    • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

    About You:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Five years of administrative work experience
    • College degree preferred
    • Experience supporting executives preferred
    • Strong skills in spelling, punctuation, and business English
    • Understand of business mathematics
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to maintain records
    • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with others
    • Ability to process confidential work
    • Interpret and handle complex matters in accordance with bank policy
    • Follow oral and written instructions

The pay range for this role is $25.53 - $37.50, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
