Our national law firm client seeks a trusts and estates associate for its Palm Beach office.Qualifications:- Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in estate planning and administration, including sophisticated drafting.
- Preparation of gift tax returns and estate tax returns is beneficial; probate litigation experience is a plus.
- The associate will be given significant responsibility for matters, including client contact.
- Candidates must possess excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, and be licensed to practice in Florida.
- An LL.M in estate planning or tax is preferred.
