Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products
- Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide input on design and functionality
- Perform software troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues or bugs
- Utilize test automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration between different software components
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
- Document test results, track defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C or Java
- Experience with web services testing and understanding of RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with MVC frameworks and TestNG
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
