Total Quality Analyst assists with the administration of the organization's total quality programs and processes. Conducts reviews and inspections of internal and vendor processes and activities to monitor compliance. Being a Total Quality Analyst collects data and prepares documents and charts to report status of programs. May be certified in methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen. Additionally, Total Quality Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Total Quality Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Primary Responsibilities
    As a Performance test engineer, you ll be responsible for
    Design, script and execute load, stress testing, and deliver comprehensive reports to project team.
    Analyze changes introduced and assess potential performance impact and level of performance testing needed.
    Lead the effort on performance tuning applications and system test to continuously improve performance test coverage.
    Collect and analyze test results data describing the application performance characteristics, trends and publish them to wider team.
    Participate in root cause analysis and complex system performance investigations.
    Drive performance/load test operations towards a CI pipeline model to support continuous performance improvements in the solution.
    Proactively identify issues, engage stakeholders, and take responsibilities.
    Deliver software within an Agile (scrum) environment.

    Must Have Skills
    Experience with performance testing tools especially Jmeter.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance testing.
    Performance testing of API/web services.
    Strong load testing, development and specifically Jmeter skills and experience.
    Independent, able to communicate well.
    Collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program.
    Good to have experience on Loadrunner.

    Nice To Have Skills
    Selenium with Page object model, TestNG
    Exposure to Pega Development environment
    Exposure to DevOps and Cloud concepts. (1.) To provide periodic reports to Lead or Manager and assist himorher in organization level initiatives
    To facilitate projects for processpiloting, process tailoring and progress reviews
    To do process trainings with new incumbents
    To do process audits as per relevant quality standards
    To escalate unresolved non conformances to Lead or Manager
