    Job Details:
    Our organization is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Quality Manager to join our Engineering team. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to providing high-quality services and products to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in Automotive and Aerospace industries, with a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Control. They will be responsible for overseeing and improving quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS-9100, ISO 13100, and Nadcap. The Quality Manager will also work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and be involved in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS-9100, ISO 13100, and Nadcap requirements.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards for products and processes in the Automotive and Aerospace sectors.
    3. Manage and coordinate with OEMs to ensure product quality and compliance.
    4. Lead the CAPA process, identifying areas of improvement, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring their effectiveness.
    5. Oversee the PPAP process to ensure product conformance and customer satisfaction.
    6. Conduct regular audits, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
    7. Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
    8. Provide training and support to the team on quality standards and best practices.
    9. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality management.

    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role in the Engineering, Automotive, or Aerospace industry.
    3. Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, AS-9100, ISO 13100, Nadcap, CAPA, and PPAP.
    4. Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Control.
    5. Experience working with OEMs.
    6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    9. Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
    10. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) will be an added advantage.
