Spreetail is hiring a Senior Manager of Total Rewards to join our People & Culture team. This role will be responsible for enhancing and managing our company-wide total rewards practices and programs, with a focus on owning compensation in addition to the strategy for benefits and equity offerings. • Partner with Finance teams to effectively budget and forecast for compensation, benefits and equity programs with an understanding of the financial impact of any recommendations.
• Deliver thoughtful and effective program rollouts, enhancements and training to the company, ensuring full understanding of total rewards strategy, programs and value.
• Defines the compensation strategy, develops and implements any changes, and oversees the various programs (base salary, annual bonus, incentives/commission, and equity).
• Provide strategic direction for our benefits packages with a focus on delivering a competitive and compelling total rewards offering, negotiating favorable terms with external partners, effectively partnering with the People Operations team, and staying abreast of emerging trends.
• Use a data-driven approach to continuously improve compensation, benefits, and perks programs through the use of surveys, market data/analysis and external partners

• 7 years of compensation and benefits experience for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Proven experience leading, implementing and scaling total rewards programs, with a focus on building for the future while addressing short-term goals.
• Effective communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to build strong cross functional relationships at all levels.
• Experience tracking, reporting and presenting on data; effectively using tools and processes to build data-driven programs and deliver education programs for successful rollout and adoption.
• Comfortable navigating and working through change in a scaling business environment.
