We are seeking a Part-Time Teller!
The role of the Teller is to provide professional and quality service to members and non-members, complete requests in a timely manner, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. This role is one that is expected to be familiar and have an understanding of all deposit and loan products, branch policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance guidelines. The individual is dedicated to delivering a positive member experience, while using good judgement when processing cash transactions, negotiable items, and communicating with members. In addition, this role is required to use resources effectively and efficiently to fulfill the member’s needs. If the individual is unable to complete the member’s request, they are accountable to seek assistance from the Lead or Branch Manager.
