Opening soon will be select amenities including Trade Route a full-service café serving coffee, pastries, toasts and sandwiches. We are looking for a part-time baristas to be part of the grand opening team of this small and fast paced café.

• Greet customers as they enter.
• Describe drink and food menus and answer questions regarding ingredients & preparation.
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare and server food and beverages following recipes.
• Operate point of sale system, receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Maintain all cleanliness standards and follow opening and/or closing duties.
• Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance for coffee and food preparation equipment.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Light cleaning.
• Communicate customer feedback to the management team.
