Role Overview: As a Trade Membership Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining our member customer accounts. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain the accuracy of the membership agreements 

• Maintain the accuracy of the recurring services 

• Report on membership activity 

• Process membership cancelations 

• Point of contact regarding customer questions for membership agreements 

Contributions to Include: 

• Educate customers on the value of memberships offered 

• Weekly membership/ recurring service audits 

• Collaborate with team members to enhance membership efforts 

• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and team members 

• Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other assigned duties 

• Accessible by phone for customer support 

Top Measurables:  

• Membership Accuracy Rate ≥ 98% 

• Recurring Service Accuracy Rate ≥ 98% 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships 

• Background in customer service and admin work preferred 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged computer/phone/office work 

Availability Requirements: 

• Full-time position M-F  

Classification: Hourly
