About the Role:

Are you passionate about fashion and love the thrill of organizing standout events? We’re looking for a Trade Show Coordinatorto lead the charge in showcasing our brand at major industry events. This is your chance to combine creativity, strategy, and execution to make an impact in the world of wholesale apparel and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Travel for trade shows throughout the United States (NYC, Vegas, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, etc.), manage the shows, set up and break down the booths, and work to secure orders and client meetings
• Oversee all event logistics, from booth design and setup to flawless on-site operations
• Make appointments at various trade shows across the United States and generate sales through customer appointments
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested
• Train and manage on-site teams to ensure our brand shines at every event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Fashion/Sales
• Experience in trade show management, especially in the fashion industry
• At least 2- 3 years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Open to Travel. 25%~35% travel frequency
• A passion for fashion and a flair for storytelling
  
  

Compensation

• Retainer plus competitive commission
