Trade Design Build is a small, integrated Architectural Design and Construction firm focused on contemporary design solutions, executed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our primary focus is split between the hospitality, agro-tourism and beverage industries along with a mix of custom residential projects. In both area we work on a variety of scales from large newbuild project to smaller scales such as furniture and installations.

We are actively interviewing for positions ranging from Architectural Designers to Licensed Architects to join us in the design office. We are looking for people with a broad set of skills, and desire to participate in all aspects of the design process, from concept design, through contract documents and construction coordination. The ideal candidate would also have a strong interest and capacity for fabrication and digital modeling.
The Candidates' main role will be the creation of design concepts, development of those designs, and production of construction drawings. However were a small team so this job will require considerable responsibility for the entire design process including execution of technical drawings, scheduling, estimating, spec writing and project management.
