Trade Show Director develops and directs the overall strategic planning, budget, and execution of trade shows and exhibitions. Collaborates with stakeholders, sales, and marketing to develop the business objectives, concepts, deliverables, and timelines of a show. Being a Trade Show Director devises innovative solutions to enhance the impact of an event. Ensures detailed planning and execution of show and evaluates show outcomes based on established metrics for quality and attendance. Additionally, Trade Show Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Trade Show Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities of the Trade Operations Specialist, Financial Services   

    • Place trades via online platforms and directly with brokers following established trade policy
    • Record trade details into system
    • Update client information as needed
    • Prepare daily financial reports
    • Manage trading authorization process in conjunction with brokers
    • Assist with quarterly appraisal preparation and year-end reporting requirements
    • Reprice appraisals for client meetings
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned

    Qualifications of the Trade Operations Specialist, Financial Services   

    • Financial services experience
    • Experience processing trades highly preferred
    • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
    • High attention to detail and professionalism
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
