Trade Show Manager manages the execution and logistics of trade shows and exhibitions to achieve business objectives. Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details. Being a Trade Show Manager approves the design, layout, cost estimates, and construction of exhibits and displays. Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget. Additionally, Trade Show Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Trade Show Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Trade Show Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Description
Overview :
The Driver position must be a driver, loader, material handler and hauler that has experience loading and hauling material (preferably in the construction industry) using standard loading and handling techniques & machinery necessary for the completion of assignments.
The Driver is responsible to load and deliver products within the allotted time-frame as well as adhere to the company's mission and standards.
Responsibilities :
- Adherence to all DOT, State & Federal regulations in conjunction with Company policies & Procedures (Log Books, IFTA, Pre / Post Trip Inspections and other requirements).
- Reporting damages, mechanical issues or defects to appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining Preventive Maintenance and maintenance related schedules.
- Monitoring Inspection and registration and report to appropriate personnel.
- Determine and verify load weight, and tie-downs and ensure that oversized or over weight permits are valid and present
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must follow all company safety rules, procedures, regulations, and company's Core Safety Rules
- Report any unsafe conditions and practices to supervisor or safety manager immediately
- Report any accident or incident on the job to supervisor or safety manager immediately
Qualifications :
- Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL and provide a recent DMV report and Valid DOT physical card.
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 year's Operating experience with a clean MVR.
