Trade Show Manager manages the execution and logistics of trade shows and exhibitions to achieve business objectives. Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details. Being a Trade Show Manager approves the design, layout, cost estimates, and construction of exhibits and displays. Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget. Additionally, Trade Show Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Trade Show Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Position Summary:
The Show Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a fun, clean and safe ride experience.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
· Takes initiative to answer guest questions and/or resolve guest complaints.
· Maintains cleanliness and safety of ride, pre-show, and queue areas.
· Responsible for the daily cleaning of the attraction with other staff
· Tests equipment daily before opening attraction to guests.
· Interacts with guests entering the attraction, loading area, and pre-show areas.
· Ensures guests meet all ride requirements, including height and weight.
· Enforces ride restrictions and recommendations to ensure safe operation of the ride.
· Provides direction to guests when loading and unloading the attraction, loading line, or pre-show areas.
· Prepares riders by separating groups into appropriate size to efficiently fill the different attraction areas.
· Assists guests, as trained, with loading and unloading the ride, particularly small children, and guests with disabilities.
· Ensure guests are safely secured by verifying all restraints are locked.
· Performs sequence to begin ride and/or preshow(s) cycles.
· Always follows Standard Operating Procedures.
· Explains safety and evacuation procedures to guests when necessary.
· Conducts evacuations in a safe, effective manner.
· Inspects ride for any damage and reports findings to Manager on Duty.
· Removes disorderly or sick guests from the ride.
· Follows all handbook policies.
· Other duties, as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
