    In this role you will partner with leaders on recruitment needs across various management and management support levels in the organization. You will help drive Tyson recruiting initiatives. There will be a need to leverage your recruiting expertise and market knowledge to develop and execute passive and active sourcing strategies to meet business recruiting activities.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Management and ownership of the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification interviewing selection offer presentation negotiation and close
    • Lead the development and execution of an effective sourcing strategy
    • Hands-on experience with web-based applicant tracking and candidate sourcing tools
    • Maintains current applicant tracking documentation through each phase of the recruitment process
    • Assess candidates and generate a pipeline for a variety of concurrent searches using a diverse set of sourcing tools and techniques that attract top talent
    • Implement and document process improvements
    • Design business reports to capture key staffing metrics for internal clients
    • Solve complex issues independently
    • Act as a mentor to others on the team
    • Establishes close and trusting client relationships by educating the client and providing advice on market trends acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process and providing meaningful feedback to assist in the final selection process
    • Interacts and consults independently with senior management
    • Lead client initiatives pertaining to recruiting


    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
    • 5 plus years' experience with sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting preferred.
    • Ability to utilize Boolean Searches
    • Experience in partnering with Diversity Organizations
    • Previous experience to mentor junior teammates

    Preferred Requirements
    • Experience with Google X-Ray Searching
    • Experience building projects within LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Experience partnering with Employee Resource Groups
    • Experience with Project Management
    • SHRM or PHR Certified
