    Responsibilities

    • Build, nurture and maintain the necessary networks within the public sector and diplomatic corps.
    • Understand public sector frameworks and develop plans to enable the route to market for Nortal, through framework places and partnerships
    • Present Nortal offerings to different federal and territory ministries, departments, delegations and representatives.
    • Create target account lists, drive their interest, systematically follow-up and convert qualified leads, developing a qualified pipeline of public sector business
    • Lead the public sector sales process, driving opportunities through to successful closing.
    • Localize Nortal’s value propositions, case studies and approaches for the Canadian Market.
    • Understand all Nortal offerings with the ability to present to potential customers, understand their related business pains and qualify their interest.
    • Close cooperation with institutions that host delegations interested in digitalization
    • Host and speak at relevant sector events
    • Drive our government agenda and positioning internally and externally.
    • Create and nurture a strong network with partners to strengthen Nortal public sector go to market approach

    Qualifications

    • 10 years' experience in consulting/sales roles
    • Experience of operating within a global environment and working closely with distributed delivery and consulting teams
    • Demonstrable experience developing and managing large public sector tenders and framework bids
    • Strong leadership, management, analytical, and communications skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious self-starter with proven ability to work in a collaborative and diverse environment.
    • A track record of successfully developing relationships and closing business in the public sector
