Trader (Government Securities) is responsible for the timely buying and selling of government securities, such as treasury bills, treasury notes, or bonds. Reviews orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Being a Trader (Government Securities) evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area and may require state licensure. Additionally, Trader (Government Securities) typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Trader (Government Securities) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.   • The Ark-Tex Urban Transit (ATUT) is now accepting applications for a part-time Program Assistant . This position is responsible for day to day clerical duties in the T-Line office such as selling tickets to the public;

    telephone; mail; preparation for and minutes of TUTD Board meetings; supplies; and other general office responsibilities.

    Your application MUST identify the required minimum qualifications for this position. Please detail how you meet the minimum qualifications AND respond in detail to the KSA's in the "Worked Performed" blocks of the application.

    You may use plain bond paper in order to effectively respond to all the KSA's.

    OR any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES (KSA's)

    Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; transportation policies and procedures and records filing systems.

    Must possess ability to understand and follow instructions; ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, and the ability to interact with the general public.

    Skill to operate a personal computer with proficiency in Word and various spreadsheet applications required. Must possess ability to use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, and the ability to proofread material to ensure accuracy.

    Ability to see, hear, reach, stoop, bend, and lift and carry up to 30 pounds required.

    Additional Requirement : Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license subject to an approved motor vehicle report.

    Having met the above detailed minimum qualifications, your application will be evaluated on : additional related education and experience in the areas listed above.
