Trader (Institutional Municipal Bonds) jobs in Oakland, CA

Job purpose

To reconcile and report daily revenue and production accurately and timely. To assist where necessary to ensure all files are accurate and maintained properly.

Duties and responsibilities

• To account for all production and revenue received by or for your Retail Office in accordance with All Pro’s procedures.
• Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
• Ensure client refunds are processed timely by providing all required information as well as approval from Retail Branch Manager to corporate.
• Account for and submit all collateral funds received as well as refunds due
• Scan and upload all approved client files into Bailbooks.
• Ensure all hard copies of client files are in alphabetical order by year, separated by Surety company.
• Enter all second down payments in the Take system
• Ensure office supplies are maintained, provide requests for items needed through corporate.
• Administer petty cash, reconcile and provide receipts when necessary to replenish.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Assist agents and manager where necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
