Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer support
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with general office tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
