Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $25/hr

Experience: Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm

Employers Options is seeking an Admin Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence
• Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
• Assist in managing logistics related to equipment rentals
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, engaging in sales activities as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
