Home Helpers Home Care - In Home Caregiver (paid training!)

We are expanding our business and have an immediate need for caregivers - both experienced and those who need some training.

Work between 10-40 hours per week depending on your availability. This post is for the Bountiful/Centerville area, but we also have jobs available in Salt Lake, Weber, Davis, Morgan, and Washington counties.

Responsibilities:

• Helping clients live a rewarding life
• Assisting clients with daily tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene, and errands
• Being a kind, engaging, and attentive companion
• Being attentive to clients' needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk

What you need to be successful:

• A strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and listen to feedback
• Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life
• Dependability!!
• Experience as a caregiver is helpful but is not required—we can train you
• Physical ability to complete the job (rolling someone over in bed, assisting with balance as standing, etc.)

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Able to work independently
• Reliable attendance record

Whether you prefer to work 10 or 40 hours per week (and anything in between!), we have shifts available 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm. We do sometimes have overnight or live-in open as well.
