Performs a variety of clerical duties such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, receiving, receipting, and posting a variety of payments, setting and monitoring time payment agreements, delivering superior customers service in person and over the phone, and assisting customers with inquiries related to collections. This position distributes reports and court-related information to other agencies and departments to support the functions of the Pasco Municipal Court.
This position will be assigned to overseeing the collections process which includes preparing, reviewing, and sending final reports to the Collection Agency. The role also entails managing a high volume of scanning court files, tracking court-ordered payments, and ensuring timely notification issuance.Additional job functions may vary due to department or City needs/requirements.
