Description for Candidates
Work as liaison from Marketing department to other departments and outside vendors to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on deadlines. Manage logistics and timelines of multiple projects on an ongoing basis including, but not limited to the complete execution of the circular (including distribution), in store signage, and media placements. Maintain ongoing communication with the Operations/Store teams regarding expectations and deliverables. Responsibilities for Candidates
· Provide day-to-day administrative support primarily for Customer Communications manager and secondarily for other department managers
· Create and maintain detailed schedules and deadlines for various stages of all assigned projects
· Coordinate approvals on projects that involve the merchandising team
· Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated
· Provide support for Customer Communications manager on period accounting, processing invoices, creating reports and managing invoices
· Utilize Kroger systems and third party analytics tools to run reports and analyze trends to inform business decisions
· Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos, and reports
· Build, proof, distribute, and maintain weekly/bi-weekly circular on time and within budget
· Create, distribute, track, and analyze coupons for the division to balance cost, impact, and drive customer traffic
· Work with external and internal print vendors to facilitate printed materials
· Create/maintain instructions for installation of all in-store signage and signage / marketing material inventory
· Coordinate the execution and delivery of all customer-facing communication
· Work with media vendors to secure placements
· Coordinate details of events such as local community charity events, clubs, school groups, and customers engagement activities
· Assist with coordination of in-store events as needed and perform other duties as assigned
· Work with CCM to build/maintain social media, email calendars, and Ruler Foods website
· Work with CCM to assemble elements needed for social/digital media projects
· Work with CCM and director of Merchandising to determine scope of new projects, identify key milestones, communicate with all parties, and ensure execution

Qualifications for Candidates
Minimum
- 2 years of project management, campaign management, or other marketing related experience
- Must pass proof-reading test.
