Traffic/Rate Analyst evaluates and designs transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Researches and analyzes freight costs and classifications, delivery methods, and delivery schedules to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Being a Traffic/Rate Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Traffic/Rate Analyst work is closely managed. Job Summary
Assists the Director and/or supervisor with monitoring the organization’s quality improvement programs and processes. Also assists with aggregation and analysis of data from various databases to facilitate development and support of best practices and evidence-based medicine. Participates in committees and teams to address Performance Improvement initiatives for the organization, including the Medical Staff as required. Executes project tasks related to Performance Improvement across departments. Assists Director and/or supervisor with medical staff monitoring functions and hospital wide quality improvement programs.

Minimum Education
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, BSN)
Minimum Work Experience
- 3 years of recent hospital-setting experience

- Registered Nurse

- Compile and analyze reports
- Develop program procedures as required
- Compose letters/memoranda
- Develop and compile statistical data
- Monitor program indicators
- Input data into computer programs
- Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
