Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming members with energy and positivity Introducing and explaining the FLEX product and membership offerings to any members or prospective members
Managing the front desk; answering phones and talking to members and prospective members Giving F45 Training studio tours Booking members and trials into the membership management system Providing guidance related to the studio layout, training equipment, and workout of the day Working in partnership with trainers and/or Studio Management Willingness to participate in social media posts for the FLEX product Ensuring all areas and equipment of the studio are kept clean and organized Breaking down and setting up the workout floor

Requirements Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person, FLEX Receptionist’s Day-to-Day Arrive 15 minutes before the FLEX start time Assist in resetting the room at the end of the previous class Vacuum the studio and entryway to help maintain a clean workout space If time between the last class and FLEX hours starting permits enough time, mop the floor and vice versa between FLEX hours ending and the next class beginning
Front desk responsibilities include, but are not limited to Answer incoming calls and assist with member requests Book prospect members in for a trial in MBO (process payment, book into first class, etc.) NOTE: class packs and memberships are not to be sold, but leads interested in either should be communicated to the studio manager for next steps Log into FLEX staff Mindbody account, sign-in / check-in members coming into FLEX during scheduled FLEX hours Take stories or pictures to post on social media; NOTE: these should be sent to the studio manager for review/postingKeep front desk and bathrooms clean Following evening FLEX hours, the studio will need to be reset for the next day, putting everything away from the current day and setting up for class in the morning Complete closing check-list: lights off, set alarm, lock studio, etc.
